Chasteberry is a fruit chaste trees found in both Asia and the Mediterranean. It is also known by other common names such as Abraham’s Balm and Monk’s Pepper. The chasteberry may restore the hormonal balance and thus help to alleviate the discomfort associated with menopause in women.
