Quonset Hut has a long history of supporting disc golf in Northeast Ohio, including sponsorship of multiple courses and tournaments throughout the region.
We started carrying Discraft in 1990 as one of the earliest stores in the area to stock disc golf supplies, and now we proudly carry Discraft, Innova, DGA, MVP, Kastaplast, and more.
In 2023, Quonset Hut owner Mark Kratzer (1956-2022) was inducted posthumously into the Greater Canton Amateur Sports Hall of Fame for his "legacy of support for the Stark County Disc Golf community." In 2024, The Stark County Disc Golf Association launched The Inaugural Mark Kratzer Memorial Open at Arboretum-Spiker Park in Canton.
